Peach's Castle is the most prominent landmark in the Mushroom Kingdom and is the designated capital building. The castle features several magical paintings that tourists can enter through. The potential locations that can be visited from these magical paintings include Bob-omb Battlefield, Snow Mountain, Dire Dire Docks, Tick Tock Clock, Rainbow Ride, and much more!
It's not just Peach's Castle that offers fun activities. The Mushroom Kingdom also features the ominous presence of Bowser's Castle! Home to the King of the Koopas himself, the castle has a kart-racing challenge where participants are allied with Team Mario (Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad) to compete against Team Bowser and gather the most points. Defeating Team Bowser in the kart-racing challenge results in winning a prize of 1,000 coins!
Another major landmark that's worth visiting in the Mushroom Kingdom is Yoshi's Island! Yoshi's Island is home to dinosuar-like creature known as Yoshis. Shortly after the birth of Mario and Luigi, the Yoshis safely returned them to their birth parents while protecting them from a then infant Bowser. Yoshi's Island offers a ride where visitors can participate in a scavenger hunt. The hunt will have participants hunt for three eggs throughout Yoshi's Island, and the first person who is able to find all three eggs is rewarded with a Yoshi plush!
